SKM Extruder is the product of since 1980 of research and development. We offer 25mm to 175mm size extruders for various materials such as PVC, PE, HDPE, SIOPLAS, XLPE, NYLON etc.
SPECIAL FEATURES (SCREW / BARREL)
Screw and Barrel are the heart of an extruder. They are made of special special nitralloy steel nitrided to a depth of 0.5mm, polished and bored throughout for oil / water cooling. Maximum operating pressure is from 750 to 1000 bar depending on Extruder size.
The barrel is also made from nitralloy steel nitrided with mirror polish and honed. Air cooling system on barrel and water cooling at feeding zone also given by us.
Bimetallic material also available on request.
DRIVE / GEARS
SKM EXTRUDER’S are driven by AC/DC motors for variable speed. We provide branded Helical Gearbox within built thrust assembly.
Touch screen, PLC based panel, PID based temperature controllers, Synchronisation etc.
All over provided by us for latest automation as per customer requirement.
